About the event
We are all bandying the term 'new normal', but for now we are in limbo.
We are so used to having a certain number of fixed parameters when making decisions about our careers etc...but now, while we are in this interim state of 'no normal' we need to look at our individual attributes to carve enough clarity for us to continue to progress and thrive until that elusive 'new normal' rears its head
This will be a small-group open discussion to share thoughts on if, and how, the current ambiguity is impacting our ability make decisions; what we have done or are doing to create more certainty for ourselves; and what we believe are the key attributes to help us thrive in a time of 'no normal'
David Cushman will be joining us to open the conversation with his points of view on the concept of responsive people and antifragility / resilience, and how he has personally been navigating through the depths of no normal.
